Policies

The Crafty Social Worker specializes in personalized items for your personal use.  All orders received will be processed within 7-10 days. Please note that high volume orders may cause a delay in processing and shipping time.  Once orders are processed, your item will be shipped to you in 3-6 days. 

Due to the nature of the items purchased, all Sales are FINAL. We do not accept product exchanges, returns, or cancellations. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue for you. 

If the shipping address you provide is incorrect or if the package is returned, you will be responsible for a $6 shipping fee in order for us to ship it out again. The Crafty Social Worker is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to make a claim. Once a package is shipped, we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you have acknowledged that you have read our policy and that The Crafty Social Worker will not be held responsible for delayed or delivery issues by the delivery carrier.
